At Underrated Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
